2025 ANNUAL ELECTION MEETING – 2ND NOTICE
The three seats designated for the election this year were not contested, so there is not an election in 2025. The three incumbents each have agreed to serve another two-year term. As no Candidate Forms were received by candidates, aside from incumbents, before the May 9th deadline there will not be a “Meet the Candidates” meeting on May, 20th. There are five seats on the Board, two designated for townhouse owners, the other three at-large, to be filled by either single home or townhouse owners. All terms are for two years. The Board currently consists of the following individuals: Merrick Berg, Janet Daily, Vince Lyons, Charles Outhier, and Kelly Robinson. Board Members serve as volunteers without compensation. Eligible Candidates must be Unit Owners of Record and in good financial standing. The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 27th at 7pm. This year the meeting will be a virtual meeting held on Zoom.
